Alizé Review

You may not even notice the priceless china, crystal, and silver in the elegant dining room, given its stunning views of the Vegas skyline from its 56th-floor perch. But you may just become distracted once you sample the artful contemporary French fare, such as pan-seared foie gras with poached apples and crème anglaise or signature-dish, imported Dover sole—served véronique, grenobloise, or amandine style. The wine list is brought to your table on an iPad, which makes it simple and fun to browse, select, and order beverages.

Absolutely stunning good experience. Do the courses + wine pairings. Expensive but worth every cent. 1st fabulous meal we've had in Vegas. Nothing compares.

    Very nice for our Anniversary!

We made reservations on a Wednesday night for our anniversary/vow renewal and we got in right at opening. Because we were one of the first there for the evening we got a prime spot on the window overlooking the city--gorgeous. The food was excellent and service impeccable. The cost was what you would expect for a higher-end restaurant--around $175 with tip (we didn't order any alcohol). Very nice place to celebrate a special occasion--extremely quiet and intimate. One of the best meals we had in Vegas. (Dec. '07)
