Wing Lei

Wing Lei Review

With all the panache of an Asian royal palace, this Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant serves some of the choicest Chinese food on the Strip. Chefs present contemporary French-inspired cuisine that blends the Cantonese, Shanghai, and Sichuan traditions. The decadent five-course Peking duck dinner for two, carved tableside, is a showstopper, but don't overlook options that could include crisp prawns with carmelized walnuts and a honey-cream sauce, or garlic beef tenderloin with black-pepper sauce, choy sum, and roasted tomato. Vegetarian, vegan, and allergen menus are available upon request.
