Las Vegas Restaurants

Wing Lei

Wing Lei Review

With all the panache of an Asian royal palace this restaurant serves some of the best Chinese food on the Strip. Chefs present contemporary French-inspired Chinese cuisine that blends the Cantonese, Shanghai, and Szechuan traditions. The decadent five-course Peking duck dinner for two is one of the restaurant's true showstoppers, but don't overlook options that could include kung pao chicken, crisp prawns with walnuts and a honey-peach sauce, or orange beef with ginger, scallion, bok choy, and a tangerine-peel sauce. Whatever you do, be sure to order a side of the tantalizing abalone fried rice.
