Fodor's Review:

Given the Mandalay's seemingly bottomless big pockets, it's no surprise that this club takes aesthetic appeal to an unprecedented level. A members-only club six nights a week, the Foundation Room—actually a series of different rooms, each with its own set of design themes and type of music (disco, house, etc.)—opens its doors to the ultrahip (and no one but—these doors are tough to get through) on Monday nights for its "Godspeed" party. Feel like dancing your booty off while surrounded by ancient statues, tapestry-covered walls, pirated Mississippi road signs, and windows that look out on all of Vegas? So do we!
