Parasol Up and Parasol Down

Fodor's Review:

Two exquisite-looking—and exquisitely tranquil—settings ensure you can indulge in the most-endangered-of-all-pleasures: a good conversation. These umbrella-shape bars each have their own personality. Upstairs stays open all night, so it tends to be livelier; downstairs, with its outdoor terrace giving you a prime view of the light show and waterfall, is, if anything, even more romantic.
