Fodor's Review:

Floor-to-ceiling windows, an appealing curved bar, an equally appealing staff—what could top all that? An outdoor deck that offers stunning views of the Strip, that's what. At this spot atop THEhotel at Mandalay, even the glass-walled restrooms give you a window onto the city. Black leather accented by red lighting creates a hipper-than-thou vibe.
