Perhaps befitting the surreal dream implied in the title, it has been a long, strange voyage for this aquatic spectacle created by orignial O and Mystere director Franco Dragone. Le Rêve was heavily revised after it was deemed too reminiscent of O, and the theater-in-the-round now has a deluxe seating area with champagne service. Darker elements were toned down and the sex appeal turned up in the tale of a female dreamer adrift in a surreal journey to find love. Max Chmerkovskiy from Dancing with the Stars added a ballroom element to the water-based stunts and aerial acrobatics. You're likely to remember the sensual image of the dreamer in her dripping-wet dress as much as the 80-foot dives from an upper bell tower.
