Fodor's Review:

Just next to the Flamingo's pool area, a flock of live Chilean flamingos, African penguins, swans, ducks, koi, goldfish, and turtles live on islands and in streams surrounded by sparkling waterfalls and lush foliage. You can watch as the penguins are fed a healthy diet of smelt, capelin, herring, and vitamins each day at 8:30 and 3.

Occupies a middle ground between the must-see of Siegfried and Roy's Secret Garden and the give-it-a-miss of MGM's Lion Habitat. Plenty of birds and aquatic critters to see in a decently pleasant setting. The fact that it's free is a plus.
