Bellagio's signature outdoor water ballet, stretching across a lake in front of the hotel, was made instantly famous by an appearance in the 2001 remake of Ocean's Eleven. At the appointed time, more than 1,000 fountain nozzles, 4,500 lights, and 27 million gallons of water combine to dazzle audiences with dancing waters choreographed to music—the fountains shoot nearly 250 feet into the air. The best view is from the observation deck of the Eiffel Tower, directly across the street. Both the Paris and Planet Hollywood have restaurants with patios on the Strip that offer good views as well.

Of the various outdoor attractions on The Strip, this is the most interesting and artistic. The fountains are huge and impressive, choreographed to fit music that plays along. And the fountains don't always use the same routine, either. Unlike some other such options, this one's a must.

The fountains are beautiful. Each show is different and equally as amazing. I highly recommend seeing it at night. The light effects they add are awesome! AND IT'S FREE! You can't beat that!
