The Hard Rock masses and requisite celebrity crowd flock to this cool-looking space for chef Kerry Simon's sophisticated comfort food. Favorites include tandoori salmon, meat loaf, bone-in rib-eye cowboy steak, and double-cut Colorado lamb chops. He also does some more unusual dishes, including pumpkin soup, ahi tuna wood-roasted pizza with cilantro and wasabi, and the colossal crab cake, which is served with papaya slaw. Desserts are playful; how about a bowl of cotton candy, or maybe a peanut-butter-and-jelly ice-cream sandwich crafted from a pair of cookies, hot fudge, and Concord grape jelly?
