Okada

Okada Review

At the helm in this kitchen is award-winning chef Masa Ishizawa, a standout in both Japanese and contemporary French cuisine. The attractively designed restaurant, like most of the others at Wynn, is set away from the din of the casino, surrounded by coursing waterfalls. There are sake and sushi bars (with some unusual cuts of fish, such as abalone and jackfish), as well as a teppanyaki grill that features items such as Chilean sea bass, Japanese Kobe beef sirloin, and Scottish salmon. A floating pagoda table has views of the lagoon, and many tables overlook nearby gardens.
