Fodor's Review:

Chefs Daniel Boulud and Philippe Rispoli have dreamed up a sophisticated yet accessible menu at this snazzy spot, which has an open kitchen, a bustling dining room, and patio seating overlooking Wynn's man-made lake. You could make a memorable meal by ordering three or four of the superb starters, such as tuna tartare, roasted beet salad, pumpkin soup with spiced-apple compote, or escargots. The crispy duck confit stands out among the entrées, as does the incredibly rich DB burger stuffed with braised short ribs, black truffle, and foie gras.

This brasserie is simply charming. The location along the lake of dreams is perfect for a romantic dinner. And the food? Simply delicious, from the onion soup to the flatbreads to the souffle (order one for dessert for the real wow factor!).

Chef Wesley Holton does a terrific job of reinterpreting Daniel Boulud's best dishes for Wynn, and I look forward to going back soon!

This was overall our best dining experience in Las Vegas. Everything -- from the food, the service, beauty of the room -- was impressive and enjoyable. Not cheap, but reasonably priced. Duck was wonderful.

I was with a group of six, and we made sure to tell the waiter as soon as we were seated that we would need to be taken care of because we like to order lots of appetizers, drinks, and food. Plus, it was our friend's birthday, so we wanted a special dessert for her. Our waiter ignored us every chance he got and always came back reeking of cigarette smoke. When we asked him to tell us about the cheeses on our 9 cheese tray, he said "this one's soft, this one's a harder cheese". Thanks, man. And finally, it took so long for them to bring our friend her special dessert that we nearly missed our limo ride.

My husband and I had a wonderful meal here. The service was superb and our waiter was very helpful and friendly. We had oysters and the tomato tarte tatin for appetizers and they were fabulous. We both had the bacon wrapped monkfish special and it was wonderful. We couldn't sit outside because the wait was too long but could see some through the window. We had requested patio seating but I don't think they reserve those tables specifically ( which they should tell you when you call! )
