Disney-style lines trailed from this Mandalay Bay version of a Brazilian paradise since the day it opened, but these have grown shorter as the novelty and the hype have waned. The "fire wall" out front beckons club goers into a wild room with waterfalls, dancing girls on platforms, percussionists banging on giant conga drums, and aerialists soaring above you while attached to trapezelike harnesses. For some, it's way too much—sort of like a very rich kid's bar mitzvah. For others, who just dig the nonstop house, hip-hop, and Latin music, it's as in as ever. Our recommendation: start the evening at the nearby Red Square, then come here to check out the scene.
