Gordon Biersch Brewing Co.

Fodor's Review:

A brewery as well as a restaurant, this place caters to Las Vegas's new breed of white-collar workers and becomes a local singles' haven for the after-work crowd. Try one of the house brews, which include seasonal beers, as well as the popular marzen (lager), blonde bock, pilsner, and hefeweizen.
