Magic, The West Side
Fodor's Review:
After years of doing at least a third of their shows in Las Vegas, eccentric comic magicians Penn & Teller finally moved into a gorgeous 1,500-seat auditorium with opulent chandeliers and original artwork in the lobby. Penn's verbal overkill and the duo's flair for the grotesque make them an acquired taste, but what once was a fringe act has become almost mainstream. Their magic is unusual and genuinely baffling, and their comedy provocative and thoughtful, albeit blasphemous.
