Gilley's Dancehall Saloon & Barbecue

Fodor's Review:

This cavernous yet extremely colorful institution, which hails from Texas, has less live music than line dancing, but it's country's one and only home on the Strip. It's now the chief claim to fame for the faded New Frontier Hotel (which still has the best billboard in town). Specials include daily all-you-can-drink drafts for $15, bikini bull riding Thursday through Saturday, and Wednesday "dirty girl" mud wrestling.
