Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa Review

While locals have always loved Green Valley, the television show American Casino popularized this low-key, refined resort beloved by the high-end crowd that prefers style over bustle (the Strip is a 25-minute drive away). Vineyards and a pool-outdoor nightclub with distant views of the Strip make it oh-so-sophisticated. The pool is also open to locals (for a fee). Upstairs, modern and spacious rooms have cherrywood furniture, plush chairs, and beds with down comforters. There's a slew of both fine and casual restaurants and shops. Pros : gorgeous, airy casino; proximity to malls that offer great shopping. Cons : located about 25 minutes from the Strip.
