Grand Lux Cafe

Grand Lux Cafe Review

This 24-hour chain operation at the Venetian is part of the Cheesecake Factory empire. Attractive, expansive, and decked out in bright colors, Grand Lux presents an extensive menu of familiar crowd-pleasers—Asian nachos, Thai chicken pizzas, Jamaican pork tenderloin, skirt steak topped with Mexican ranchero sauce. For dessert, leave room for the molten-chocolate cake, and, of course, the restaurant's signature cheesecake. Neither the food nor the atmosphere here earns raves, but the "Lux" is a perfectly reliable option for a budget-friendly meal. Another benefit: It's right off the main casino floor.

There always seems to be a long wait line to get into this place--but don't worry, it's a very big place and the line goes by very fast. Great place for breakfast. You can eat from their menu or at their breakfast buffet. TIP: Even if you order off the menu, they'll let you take the tempting pastries off the buffet for $2 a piece--well worth it!
