Onda Ristorante Review

Just beyond an elegant piano lounge with arched, stained-glass ceiling and marble floor, and tucked behind one-way glass, you'll find a fine rustic Italian eatery. The menu offers seafood choices such as garlic-crusted sea bass and Osso Bucco as well as traditional pasta dishes such as lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo, and tagliatelle with garlic shrimp and zucchini. House specials have included soft-shell crab with corn relish and red pepper aioli, and braised veal shank served osso buco style. There's a free wine-tasting at 5 pm on Fridays.

    A Real Surprise

I usually research my restaurants before trips and Onda was not on my radar at all. So after meeting friends at the Japonais in Mirage over a bottle a Dom, they both suggested Onda. It may not be the best Italian food in town but it is good. I love prime rib which is missing from many Vegas menus and Onda's at 51 dollars was big enough to sink the Bismarck. It was great even if I couldn't finish it. The octopus salad was a delight too. Give Onda a try.

This is our #1 restaurant for the money in Vegas

Excellent food. Service is usually excellent. If you want something different from what is on the menu, they will accomodate you. The wine bar in the front is wonderful if you prefer to grab a quicker bite to eat. Cheese plate is excellent! Better than the wine cellar in the Rio.

    Perfection!

Quite possibly the best food in Vegas. Chilean Sea Bass extraordinary! Service was attentive and pleasant.
