Fodor's Review

This sports bar represents four-time James Beard Award winner Todd English's first pub concept—"pub," in this case, stands for "public urban bar"—and it has become one of the Strip's most popular casual spots. The menu takes playful approaches to traditional bar food; try the cocktail-sized corn dogs or the kettle chips with bacon bits and fried chicken livers. The curved wooden bar features two carving stations (don't miss the brisket, on your choice of bread with your choice of sauces) and a raw bar, while bartenders serve more than 30 beers on draft. Throughout the room, plasma televisions are plentiful but not obtrusive; there's also a spacious patio overlooking one of Aria's "pocket parks" for outdoor dining.
