In an ultra-swank dining room on the second floor of the Augustus Tower, Michelin three-star chef Guy Savoy introduces gourmands to his masterful creations, such as turbot a la plancha with cauliflower and green curry. The 14-course, $348 Innovation-Inspiration Menu is the restaurant's crown jewel, featuring signature dishes such as artichoke and black truffle soup, and pan-seared quails. Prices are a little lower if you opt for the a la carte or nine-course Signature
Menu or choose the three-course pre-theater menu. The selections from the Savoy's 15,000-bottle wine cellar only add to this restaurants epicurian mystique.

Creative, explosive dining experience with perfect blend of haute cuisine, magnificent and truly friendly service. Adventuresome items off menu, including seasonal and Basque specialties; well priced and suited wines. Just like being at the Mothership in Paris' 17th! We've been there several times -- and to the direct LV competitors. Try Guy (actually his sone) for a memorable experience.
