Fodor's Review

In an ultraswank dining room on the second floor of the Augustus Tower, Michelin three-star chef Guy Savoy introduces gourmands to his masterful creations, such as roasted turbot in vegetable crust. The 14-course, $375 Innovation-Inspiration Menu is the restaurant's crown jewel, featuring signature dishes such as artichoke-and-black-truffle soup, and pan-seared quails. Prices are a little lower if you opt for the nine-course Signature Menu or choose the à la carte menu. The selections from Savoy's 15,000-bottle wine cellar only add to this restaurant's epicurian mystique.
