Fodor's Review

Red Square marks its entrance with a headless statue of N. Lenin, and the interior has an imperial opulence with soaring ceilings and intricate chandeliers—as well as a bar made of ice. Start with a Red Dawn or Moscow Mule cocktail and choose among a half-dozen sustainable caviars or their Siberian Nachos with smoked salmon and caviar. For entrées you can't go wrong with the chicken Kiev or beef stroganoff. Somewhat ironically, they also serve a good all-American stuffed Maine lobster. Be sure to check out the walk-in vodka freezer, where you might even spot the statue's missing head.
