Fodor's Review

Dessert is king at this Las Vegas outpost of the New York–based restaurant from celebrated chef François Payard. Tourists and business travelers queue during lunch at the counter for made-to-order crepes and treats that might include the Sweet Relief, mango mousse with pineapple souffle and roasted pineapple Swiss meringue. The 46-seat dining room offers a respectable wine list, savory items such as classic croque monsieur (grilled ham-and-cheese sandwich), salade Nicoise, and ham-and-Swiss quiche.
