Playful splashes of green, blue, red, and yellow offset the swanky curved banquettes and earth tones at the first restaurant outside New York City from Iron Chef and grill-meister Bobby Flay. The menu is decidedly Southwestern, but with plenty of contemporary twists. Options might include a starter of barbecued duck with red quinoa-blue corn johnny cake and main dishes like mango-and-spice-encrusted tuna steak with green peppercorn and green chile sauce or ancho-chile honey-glazed salmon with spicy black-bean sauce and roasted jalapeño crema. Some tables have views of the casino sports book. There's also a mid-day menu and an impressive weekend brunch. Open Wednesday through Sunday, 5 to 10:30 p.m.
