Fodor's Review

Playful splashes of green, blue, red, and yellow offset the swanky curved banquettes and earth tones at Iron Chef and grill-meister Bobby Flay's first restaurant outside New York City. The menu's decidedly Southwestern, but with plenty of contemporary twists. Options might include a starter of barbecued duck with habanero chile–star anise sauce over blue-corn pancakes, and main dishes like mango-and-spice-encrusted tuna steak with green peppercorn and green chile sauce or ancho-chile honey-glazed salmon with spicy black-bean sauce and roasted jalapeño crema. Some tables have views of the casino sports book. There's also an impressive weekend brunch.
