Why We Like It
Balancing a retreat-like setting when you’re this close to Las Vegas Boulevard can be difficult, but The Signature pulls it off. While it won’t be for everyone, for those who want to stay on the Strip without feeling like they are staying on the Strip, it’s an affordable option.

Room
Not much about the room feels very “Vegas” but the warm browns and other neutrals are comforting and accommodations are cozy. Kitchenettes or fully equipped kitchens (depending on which suite you book) and pull-out sleeper sofas (in every suite) are a perk for those looking to save a few bucks.
Bathroom
Oversized whirlpool bathtubs, dual vanities and high-definition televisions make these bathrooms the standout of the hotel suites.
Tip Complimentary laundry facility access is provided for guests staying at least seven nights.
Lobby
The Signature offers a private gated entry and is separate from the main lobby of the MGM Grand. Each tower has its own private lobby and registration desk
Pool
Private, heated outdoor pool complexes offering cabanas and beverage service are available at each of the three Signature towers.
Dining
Other than a Starbucks and a small deli, The Signature offers no dining options. Guests must venture to one of the easily accessible resorts nearby, or rely on in-suite dining options.
Drinking
You’ll have to look off-property for a watering hole.
