Flamingo Las Vegas
3555 Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109, USAWhy We Like It
The Flamingo is a great home base for exploring the Las Vegas Strip. Plus, we love magenta.
Fodor's Expert Review
If you want to be close to a lot of action but don't want to empty your wallet, The Flamingo is the perfect go-to. It offers updated rooms at a decent price and close proximity to some of the newest attractions in the city. At the same time, it offers a splash of Vegas history. And there literal flamingos that you can see on the property's 15-acres.

Room
The Flamingo embraces its name with pops of pink (they call it magenta) in modern decor. Windows are sizable, offering great views.
Bathroom
Subway tile and recessed lighting create an inviting and clean space.
Lobby
One notable feature about the hotel lobby is the inclusion of self-check-in kiosks, which guests can use instead of the standard line.
Tip To use the kiosk you'll need your ID and the credit card the room was booked under.
Pool
The family-friendly Beach Club offers waterslides and poolside lounging in an environment that embraces the resort's classic Vegas past. Cocktails are available, as are chairs on a first-come, first-lounge basis.
Spa
Located on the hotel’s lobby level, the full-service spa offers a variety of treatments designed to help you relax.
You Should Know An auto-gratuity of 17% is applied to all spa packages.
Gym
It's nothing fancy to look at, but the fitness center includes a variety of free weights, advanced cardio equipment, and strength training machines.
Dining
If you're looking for upscale, Center Cut Steakhouse is your only option. For a more casual vibe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville has a noticeable presence at the Flamingo, starting with the namesake restaurant/bar.
Drinking
For the Margaritaville, there's the It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere Bar. For everyone else, the bar on the casino floor works. It's called Bugsy's Bar, a nod to Las Vegas past.
