If you've ever dreamed of living in a castle overlooking spectacular countryside, this is the place to stay. As the name implies, there is one grand, private suite—actually the entire ground floor of the home—for people seeking privacy as well as plenty of room to stretch out. The 1,500-square-foot accommodation includes two bathrooms, living area, partial kitchen, bedroom, and patio. Guests are welcome on the main level of the house, as well as on the outdoor decks and gorgeous grounds. Hors d'oeuvres and cocktails are served in the afternoon. Gourmet breakfasts are often made with organic ingredients and can be modified to meet dietary needs.
