For the classic small-town café experience, this is the place. Locals and visitors happily blend in a casual, friendly atmosphere as they dig into well-prepared breakfasts and lunches. You can start your day with pancakes ("bigger than bowling balls," the menu brags, but considerably lighter), biscuits and gravy, or any of a dozen egg dishes. At lunchtime it's burgers, salads, grilled sandwiches, and Tex-Mex-style burritos and tacos; homemade milk shakes are worth the calories. Dinner provides a home-cooked-meal-away-from-home experience such as stroganoff made with sirloin steak and ground beef, steak sandwiches, and pasta entrées.

Buffalo Cafe is a favorite breakfast stop. Not the place for a dainty little breakfast. Their unique specials are the best bargain. Buffalo Pie is one of those specials that will fill anybody. The coffee is usually good. Some days there will be locals standing in line. Lunch is Good. Dinner is NOT their best time, but anytime will fill you up. Prices are very good on your wallet, and that is good for what can be very pricey in that town.
