The Big EZ Review

Atop a mountain at a 7,500-foot elevation, the Big EZ lodge overlooks other mountains and the Gallatin River drainage. All guest rooms are appointed with Western-style furnishings, an eclectic collection of fine art, and flat-screen TVs. Guests are housed in the main lodge and the Inn (a separate structure); the suite is in its own little stone building. The property includes a wine cellar, a 9-hole, par-72 championship putting course, and one of the state's largest outdoor hot tubs. Dinners are unusual, elegant, and savory: try pan-roasted caribou loin or African pheasant, and save room for Tasmanian-honey crème brûlée.
