The Caretaker's Cabin
The Caretaker's Cabin Review
Located next to the Pioneer Cabin, the 1865-built Caretaker's Cabin is one of the oldest houses in Helena. The cabin has been transformed into a cozy fine-dining restaurant that offers a constantly changing menu emphasizing locally raised, organic food, as well as a prix-fixe menu on Saturday evening. Dishes could include herbed rack of lamb, king crab legs, Greek shrimp, pork enchiladas, or New York strip teriyaki stir-fry. Price of the prix-fixe meal includes two appetizers, soup and salad du jour, dessert, and coffee or tea.
