This historic restaurant in the heart of downtown was known as Dorothy's Rooms until 1973, when a crusading county attorney forced Big Dorothy to shut down her bordello. Now it's a family restaurant, named for the political debates you're likely to hear while dining on burgers, quiches, sandwiches, steaks, and seafood (flown in twice a week). The Windbag is known for its hearty and generous helpings and, of course, its history. It also has a large selection of imported
and local beer, on tap and in bottles. A bounty of cherrywood gives the place a warm, comfortable feel.
