Getting Here and Around

You need a car to get to Red Lodge. Once here, shops, galleries, and restaurants are walkable from most lodging facilities. There is no public transportation and only one taxi (as in vehicle, not company); no traffic lights or parking meters, but plenty of stop signs. When passing through Joliet on U.S. 212, obey the frequently changing speed-limit signs to the letter. The nearest airport is in Billings.
