Fodor's Expert Review Charley Montana Bed & Breakfast

103 N. Douglas, Glendive, Montana, 59330, USA

Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.

Built by ranching mogul Charles Krug in 1907, this solid brick home looks like a fortress compared with its stick-built Victorian contemporaries. Indeed, with more than 25 rooms and 8,000 square feet, the place sometimes seems more like a castle than a B&B. The interior is decidedly soft, however, and much of the Krug family's period furniture is still in use.
