Foshay Tower still Tall among gaints

The Foshay has a long time history with Minneapolis, being the first skyscrapper at 29 stories it was the tallest building for many years. Built in 1929, art deco style it was mirrored after the Washington Monument shape. The decor is loving and I believe there is a resuturant in the lobby area but the obersavtion deck is closed (for the last so many years)RATING: 3.0
