Like Ritz-Carlton hotels around the world, Dearborn's is known for impeccable taste and service. Its mahogany-paneled walls, overstuffed settees, and antique art suggest a clubby, British elegance. Reinforcing that image is a traditional afternoon tea and hors d'oeuvres served in the lobby lounge on Saturdays.
