Civic Center

Fodor's Review:

The 75-acre Downtown Civic Center, next to Old Mariners' Church, is the city's heart—a riverfront center that hosts entertainment, festivals, and sports. At its core is Philip A. Hart Plaza (designed by Isamu Noguchi), a popular warm-weather spot for lunchtime crowds who come to enjoy the open spaces, sculptures, and automated Dodge Fountain.
