Fodor's Review:
The 75-acre Downtown Civic Center, next to Old Mariners' Church, is the city's heart -- a riverfront center that hosts entertainment, festivals, and sports. At its core is Philip A. Hart Plaza (designed by Isamu Noguchi), a popular warm-weather spot for lunchtime crowds who come to enjoy the open spaces, sculptures, and automated Dodge Fountain.
