Fodor's Review

In a mansion dating to the mid-1700s, this museum exhibits household tools, furnishings, and clothing that reflects changing styles of interior decoration. Most items are Amherst originals from the 18th to the mid-20th century. A white dress worn by Emily Dickinson is on display.
