You can't beat the edge-of-town location (Jetties Beach is a mere five-minute walk), especially given the modest rates that prevail at this pair of handsome post-and-beam guesthouses. Innkeeper Thea Kaizer grew up in a Nantucket inn; her husband, Peter, leads fishing charters, and should you catch something, he'll expedite it to the restaurant of your choice. Pros: Friendly native owners, comfy/casual, near town and beaches. Cons: Lack of air-conditioning (though unneeded), over-casual for some tastes, on busy road.
