Atria

Atria Review

One of the island's more urbane venues, Atria feels like a big-city bistro and cocktail lounge, with a swank dining room, glam crowd, and artful food presentations. Chef Christian Thornton uses eclectic, globally influenced ingredients to come up with such entrées as cracklin' pork shank with collard greens and sour cream-mustard sauce; and grilled lamb T-bones with Tuscan-style white beans, roasted tomatoes, grilled artichokes, and a red-wine reduction. Top starters include steak tartare with crisp shallots, capers, truffle oil, and aged balsamic vinegar; and braised-veal-cheek ravioli with stuffed squash blossoms, shaved Parmesan, and truffle oil. The chocolate-molten cake with cappuccino ice cream is a great finish.
