Vineyard Playhouse Review

The Vineyard Playhouse has a year-round schedule of professional productions. From mid-June through early September, a troupe performs drama, classics, and comedies on the air-conditioned main stage; summer Shakespeare and other productions take place at the natural amphitheater at Tashmoo Overlook on State Road in Vineyard Haven—bring insect repellent and a blanket or lawn chair. Children's programs and a summer camp are also scheduled, and local art exhibitions are held throughout the year. The theater is wheelchair-accessible and provides hearing devices.
