Fodor's Review:

The 350-acre Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary, a Massachusetts Audubon Society preserve 3 mi outside Edgartown toward Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven, has 2 mi of hiking trails traversing marshland, fields, woods, seashore, and waterfowl and reptile ponds. Naturalist-led events include sunset hikes, stargazing, snake or bird walks, and canoeing.

  • Open: Center June-Aug., Mon.-Sat. 8-4, Sun. 10-3; Sept.-May, Tues.-Sat. 8-4, Sun. noon-4. Trails daily sunrise-7 PM
