Woods Hole Science Aquarium
Woods Hole Science Aquarium Review
This impressive facility displays 16 large tanks and many more smaller ones filled with regional fish and shellfish. The rooms are small, but they are crammed with stuff to see. Magnifying glasses and a dissecting scope help you examine marine life. Several hands-on pools hold banded lobsters, crabs, snails, starfish, and other creatures. The stars of the show are two harbor seals, on view in the outdoor pool near the entrance; watch their feedings weekdays at 11 and 4.
