The huge menu at this little pan-Asian place presents Thai, Korean, and Japanese cuisines. Ying's sushi and sashimi combos are artful, and its many curried Thai seafood, noodle, and fried-rice dishes range from spicy to, well, really spicy. For something different, try the Korean bibimbap (vegetables, beef, and egg on rice with hot sauce). Tables are set up by the windows, and there's a sushi bar and a small lounge area with a selection of Asian beers. Try the sweet and thick Thai iced tea -- you won't need dessert (but if you do, the fried ice cream is a treat). For more American-style food (as well as some Asian specialties) and nightly entertainment, check out Ying's other restaurant, the Blue Anchor Cafe, at 453 Main Street.
