Anchor-In Review

Most rooms at this small-scale motel on the north end of Hyannis Harbor have harbor views and small balconies overlooking the water, and its simple street-side appearance belies its spacious and immaculate accommodations, extensive grounds, and warm, B&B-style personal service from Lisa and Skip Simpson. Rooms are up-to-date, with down comforters, terry robes, and flat-screen TVs; all have refrigerators, and the executive rooms have wraparound porches. The Continental breakfast is a real treat, served in the Lewis Bay Library with its extraordinary views. A large outdoor firepit overlooks the harbor

    Hyannis At It's Best

This facility is one of the nicest in the area. Service was wonderful, staff friendly and attentive. Located on the harbor, one of the best views around.
Only suggestion - have some snacks available for guests in the evening.
