Most rooms at this pale-green motel on the north end of Hyannis Harbor have harbor views and small balconies overlooking the water. Its simple street-side appearance belies its spacious accommodations and extensive grounds. Recent and continual upgrades to the rooms have enhanced the quality factor with down comforters, terry robes, triple sheets, king-size beds, and flat-screen televisions. Some rooms have refrigerators, and the larger deluxe and executive rooms have wraparound porches. Lisa and Skip Simpson deliver the warm, personal service of a small B&B. Ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are just around the corner. Pros: Easy walk to downtown activity, island ferry terminals, and several waterfront restaurants, great harbor views from many rooms. Cons: 2nd-floor rooms accessed via stairways.

This facility is one of the nicest in the area. Service was wonderful, staff friendly and attentive. Located on the harbor, one of the best views around.
Only suggestion - have some snacks available for guests in the evening.
