This restaurant's stylish, art deco interior is far, far away from its former life as a Friendly's franchise. The fanciful cocktails, intriguing menu, and daily blackboard specials make this a popular Chatham spot. The thin-crust pizzas—try balsamic fig puree and prosciutto with goat cheese and toasted almonds—come piping hot out of the ever-glowing wood-fired oven. Other dishes get a subtle and pleasing smokiness from the fire, including the Wellfleet oysters Rockefeller,
and the roasted Chatham cod topped with basil and pine nut pesto. There's also a changing tapas menu for quick bites at the bar.
