Josiah Sampson House Review

Guest rooms in this comfortable 1793 Federal-style home near Cotuit's tranquil (and diminutive) village center have iron or canopy beds, needlepoint rugs, antiques, and air-conditioning. Each has its appeal, and all have wide-planked pine floors; towels and linens are high quality. Breakfasts focus on seasonal, locally grown fare: in summer, breakfast is served on a canopied deck overlooking the gardens. Tennis privileges are available at a discount for B&B guests at the Kings Grant Racquet Club next door.
