Inside the striking red house on P-town's West End that's also an enchanting B&B, the Red Inn is perhaps even better known as one of the Outer Cape's most romantic dining destinations—the views are simply stunning. The remarkable setting aside, the inventive contemporary fare as well as the service can be hit-or-miss, especially given the lofty prices. You might start off with the lobster sliders before moving on to chili-rubbed pork chops with ginger cranberry chutney.

The RedInn provides a lovely dining experiance with a view that can not be matched. Be sure to arrive earlin the warm months for a pre-dinner cocktail on the deck. tables are not crowded as is so often the case in Provincetown. Service is strong and the food is amongst the best in town. Update 2010: the kitchen has clearly learned the art of shortcuts.. pre-cooking the food and a re-heat at service that in the case of 3 different entrees provided
for overcooked sides, duck, pork and trout. Still great views, just don't expect the meals they used to serve. Update 2011: they got the message - food is back to their old standard and with a multi-million dollar overhaul The Red Inn is back to being a premier dining spot in Provincetown - reservations are a must!
