Fried seafood reigns supreme at Sam's, across from the Coast Guard station and a stone's throw from the Cape Cod Canal. Order from the counter, take a number, and sit in an airy dining room where the munch of fried clams accompanies the sound of lobsters cracking open. Sam's also has branches in Harwichport, Falmouth, and South Yarmouth.
