Hyannis Inn Motel
At a Glance
- Great for those who want to leave their cars and be right in the thick of downtown, spacious rooms (those in the separate wing are especially suited for families), nice outside sun decks for relaxing
Pros
- Not a beachfront spot or one with water views, not for those who are seeking a more peaceful, countryside setting
Cons
Hyannis Inn Motel Review
The main building of this second-oldest motel in Hyannis, a modest two-story spread, served as press headquarters during JFK's presidential campaign. Today, it's right in the heart of the downtown shopping and retail action. The main building's immaculate rooms have double, queen-size, or king-size beds; some have whirlpool tubs. Other deluxe rooms in a separate wing out back—are larger, sunnier, and quieter (they don't face Main Street) and have queen- or king-size beds, sleeper sofas, walk-in closets, and refrigerators. The restaurant serves breakfast only.
